A medical device from Pfizer needed an infusion of life. Existing global materials for a hospital infusion system focusing on reducing infections lacked emotion and conceptual theme, leading to inconsistent messaging and a weak global presence. We developed a memorable, creative concept deeply rooted in emotional benefits for customers and the patients they treat. A bond was formed between the product’s unique connecting features and the idea of emotional connection, brought to life with bold 3-D illustrations in a flexible modular format.
